Our consultancy fees are separated from university, embassy, government and other third-party charges.

Separate costs: university application fees, tuition, accommodation, visa/embassy charges, insurance, medical examinations, translations, attestations, courier costs and other third-party or official fees are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

Frequently asked fee questions

What happens if I do not receive admission?

Future milestone payments are not due if the relevant milestone is not reached. Work already completed and third-party costs already incurred are handled according to the refund policy.

Is the final payment due before visa approval?

Under the standard milestone model, the final consultancy balance is due after visa approval.

Are university fees included?

No. University, government and other third-party fees are separate unless a written package explicitly says otherwise.
